The Group has access to suppliers of manufactured products originating from Europe, China, India, and the Americas and extensive experience with strategic sourcing initiatives evolving from the sourcing of qualified new manufacturers on the world market.  Greg Murray Consulting Group has also been involved with various Total Quality Management forums and is an advocate of computer-integrated engineering (CIE). 

Greg Murray Consulting Group brings to the table extensive attributes to procurement processes including the abilities to define specifications, procedures, policies, and control systems, to provide common execution on a global basis. All implemented development is conducted in conformance to ISO Accreditation and SOX requirements.

The Group can also provide review of standardization and compliance across offices in geographically different locations, including compliance and risk management assessments that can differ between offices/locations, requiring that deviations to standard operating procedures be created and acknowledged.

Beyond procurement, The Group can provide complete review and consultation of employment matters, including implementation of Human Resources "best practices", policy and procedure review, wage and hour audits, staffing/manning assistance, EEOC defense, arbitration hearings, union negotiations, and union workforce/grievance issues (and avoidance campaigns).
